Help & FAQs

Can I have any sales proceeds or dividends paid directly to my nominated bank account?

No. Selftrade do not offer a facility whereby funds can be paid directly to the nominated bank account. Any sales proceeds, dividend payments or income payments, will be credited to the Selftrade account the assets are held in. Following the settlement period, these funds can then be transferred to the nominated bank account via online BACS Transfer or Selftrade Customer Experience Centre can complete the transaction on a customer's instruction.
