How can I unsubscribe from Selftrade's emails and other communications?

Log in to your Selftrade account, navigate to the red circle with your initials in the top right corner and select ‘My Profile’.

From the menu on the left hand side, select ‘Communication Preferences’.

From here, you will see a green tick to the right of any of the four lists you are subscribed to. To unsubscribe, click the green tick to the right of the corresponding list, changing it to a red cross.

Alternatively, if you do wish to receive communications from a particular list, click the red cross so it changes to a green tick, thus marking yourself as subscribed to the list.

Once finished, remember to save your preferences by selecting ‘Update Preferences’ at the bottom of the screen. You can go back in and update your preferences at any time.
