What happens if I do not provide the information required by FATCA?

If we believe you may be a US Person and you decline to provide us with any necessary information to determine your correct status we will apply a 30% withholding tax deduction to the sale proceeds or income from US assets. In some circumstances we may decline to continue providing you with account service.
