Help & FAQs

I am Power of Attorney, how do I register with Selftrade?

To register as power of attorney on a Selftrade account, we would need to receive the power of attorney document (original or certified copy) and a covering letter detailing the account and instruction. Once we have completed all the necessary electronic checks we will contact the power of attorney with confirmation of account access. If the power of attorney fails the automated identity checks for any reason, we may make contact to request further documentation.
