Help & FAQs

How will my account fees be collected?

The default position will be to charge the base Custody Fee (currently £12.50) and any fees for issuing paper communications to your Dealing Account, but any specific account related fee (Account Custody Fee and Funds Platform Fee) will be charged to the account on which they are incurred.

You can, however, request that fees are charged to an alternative account (except SIPPs, which cannot pay for fees from other products) by contacting our Customer Experience Centre on 0345 0700 720.
