When I try to trade, I receive the message 'Unable to get a quote'. Why is that?

Check that you are trading within market opening hours and confirm your account balance is enough to cover the trade cost and commission.
If you are still unable to trade, contact the Customer Experience Centre quoting the security you wish to trade and the message that is displayed on the screen.
