Help & FAQs

For what reason would Selftrade sell my assets?

We have an expectation of our customers to manage their accounts themselves. If, for any reason, your account becomes overdrawn, e.g. fees are applied, we may sell down assets to cover this debt.

Please note: We will make every effort to contact you using your preferred contact method to inform you of any action needed on your account. Should you fail to respond, selling assets would be a last resort.
