How do I request duplicate/historical documents?

Send us a secure message confirming the accounts, dates and documents you are requesting. Alternatively, contact the Customer Experience Centre on 0345 0700 720. These will be received approximately 5 working days after the request is received by us, to the postal address we have for you.
